Lunch: Baked Chicken with Spinach and Rice Casserole
Tuesday
Breakfast: Apple Banana Muffins from Passionate Homemaking
Lunch: Picnic after birding before book club (almond butter sandwiches, carrot sticks and grapes)
Dinner: Burritos and Mexi Rice
Wednesday
Breakfast: Poached Eggs on Oatmeal Wheat Toast and Red Grapefruit
Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Dinner: Salmon Patties, Green Beans and Brown Rice
Thursday
Breakfast: Yogurt and Granola
Lunch: Mac and Cheese, Peas
Dinner: International Night Pot Luck Dinner
Friday
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Mixed Berries
Lunch: Orzo with Pesto and Tomatoes
Dinner: Pizza
Saturday
Breakfast: Pumpkin Coffee Cake
Lunch: Hot Dogs and Chips
