Menu Plan ~ Week of January 17th

Breakfast - Poached Eggs on Oatmeal Wheat Toast and Grapefruit
Lunch - Grilled Cheese with Pesto & Tomato with Carrot Sticks
Dinner - Spaghetti, Green Salad and Garlic Bread
To Do - Make yogurt, bread and crackers

Breakfast - Pancake Sausage Muffins and Yogurt
Lunch - Alphabet Soup and Crackers
Dinner - Spinach Quiche and Fruit Salad
To Do - Soak rice, make cookies

Breakfast - Crepes with Ricotta Filling and Fruit
Lunch - Salmon Patties, Brown Rice and Gingered Carrots
Dinner - Taco Pie
To Do - Make tortillas

Breakfast - Sunny Side Up eggs, Sourdough Toast
Lunch - Tuna Wraps, Apple Slices
Dinner - Sloppy Joe Casserole and Corn
To Do - Soak Oatmeal

Breakfast - Oatmeal Bar
Lunch - Left overs
Dinner - Homemade Pizza

Breakfast - Pancakes and Bacon
Lunch - Mac & Cheese, Green Beans
Dinner - Roast Chicken, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery and 90 Minute Rolls

Breakfast - Yogurt and Granola
Lunch - Almond Butter Sandwiches and Applesauce
Dinner - Chicken Pot Pie

  2. Your prim saltbox house caught my eye and I just had to visit this blog. I LoVe your menu ♥ It was so nice to find another blogger who posts all three meals... and I just started putting my to do list at the bottom of each day as well:) It is so helpful! We haven't had a lot of variety in fresh foods this winter, but I try to buy a quantity of whatever is in season and a good buy. We enjoyed the most wonderful grapefruits last week. I even juiced some, so yummy!
