Yum, sounds like a great menu plan for the week! I love reading menu plans to help find new things to rotate into ours, I haven't had a patty melt in ages, sounds great!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite easy summer dinners is to brown up some ground turkey, toss into the same pan a bag of one of my favorite frozen veggie blends like a southwest mix or stir fry blend, with a little water, cover and steam until veggies are done. Season with a little sea salt and cracked pepper or a dash of soy sauce, and serve over rice. The whole family loves it, and its very quick to make.
