Menu Plan ~ Week of July 10th



Sunday

Breakfast: Blueberry Bagels

Lunch: Left Overs

Dinner: Spaghetti, Garden Salad, Garlic Bread


Monday

Breakfast: Poached Eggs on Toast with Cherries

Lunch: Tomato and Cheddar Crackers with Blueberries

Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Salad and Buttermilk Biscuits


Tuesday

Breakfast: Scramble Eggs and Fruit Salad

Lunch: Spinach Salad

Dinner: Patty Melts, Ranch Fries and Watermelon


Wednesday

Breakfast: Homemade Yogurt and Maple Almond Granola

Lunch: Hummus, Pita Bread, and Veggie Sticks

Thursday

Breakfast: Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Lunch: Tuna Melts and Nectarines

Dinner: Tacos


Friday

Breakfast: Dutch Babies

Lunch: Peanut butter Sandwiches and Apple Slices

Dinner: Cook Out with Friends


Saturday

Breakfast: Blueberry Scones

Lunch: Left Overs

Dinner: Homemade Pizza and Salad


I'm missing a dinner for this week. I'd love to have some frugal summer dinner suggestions. What's your family's favorite?

  1. Yum, sounds like a great menu plan for the week! I love reading menu plans to help find new things to rotate into ours, I haven't had a patty melt in ages, sounds great!

    One of my favorite easy summer dinners is to brown up some ground turkey, toss into the same pan a bag of one of my favorite frozen veggie blends like a southwest mix or stir fry blend, with a little water, cover and steam until veggies are done. Season with a little sea salt and cracked pepper or a dash of soy sauce, and serve over rice. The whole family loves it, and its very quick to make.
