Menu Plan ~ Week of April 4th

I am ready for the lighter meal of spring. However, when the temperature are still in the 30s at dinner time it is hard to eat just a salad. My shivering body wants a little more. All this is to wait I can't wait for spring to truly arrive here in New England. And our menu for the week has a lot of the old favorites we have had a lot of this winter.
