Menu Plan ~ Week of April 4th

Towards the end of a season do you start to get tired of the food? I sure do. I am tired of the soups and stews, the heavy pasta meals and mashed potatoes of winter. I am ready for the lighter meal of spring. However, when the temperature are still in the 30s at dinner time it is hard to eat just a salad. My shivering body wants a little more.
