A lot of family favorites on the menu this week and nothing really exciting. We are eating out of the pantry and freezer trying to save a little money as gas price continue to go up and there are a few car repairs that need to be done. I am tired of winter type meals and can't wait for the lighter fair of spring and summer, but with the temps still in the 20s at night chilies, soups and such are still on the menu.
